vacuum hose size?

How many mm is the vacuum hose that runs from intake manifold to factory BOV and the hose that runs from the compressor housing to the wastegate?

I hope you didn't buy the hose yet, I was thinking about something else when I posted. It's 7/32".

Since we are talking about vacuum hoses, where would you fellahs recommend buying some from as the ones I have now stick together due to the heat I'm generating in the engine bay. I'm looking for some that are more durable as the ones I currently have were purchased from Ebay.

This is an old thread, but I'm bringing it back from the dead to ask if anyone knows if this was the bore size (7/32") or if it is the wall size? I want to get Samco vacuum hoses and they only have 4mm (5/32"), 5mm (3/16"), 6.3mm (1/4") Which one should I go with? I know if it's too small then the vacuum will close the hose and if it's too large, well then I don't know what will happen, lol.

It isn't rocket science since vacuum hose stretches really well. I bought an assortment/kit from Jegs and I can vouch for the quality of the Trans Dapt hose that they sell. It obviously isn't the cheapest stuff around but the cheaper stuff usually has a harder outside and isn't as easy to work with.

Thanks..I appreciate it...I just don't want this stuff getting too soft under the heat of engine bay.

If your hose is too close to heat sources then you might want to check out DEI's catalog. Cool Tape and some of their hose covering products might make sense for you.

if the choice is between 5mm and 6mm, would it be best to go a little too large or too small? The only 7/32" I'm finding is made by Gates Racing and only comes in an ugly blue =/
