I went with the act 6 puck. It is definitely stiffer. I blew my left knee last summer and I can feel it acheing after a hard days driving (track, whatever where I had to shift a lot).

do not get a carbon clutch.
these need to be heated alot, if not they will mess up very fast.

I'd just go ACT HD-SS. It offers more than enough grip for mild mods like yours.

That would be a good option

If money is no issue and tracking is more frequent, carbonetics is the way to go. But make sure to read up on issues with carbon based clutches.

If you don't wanna overdo things and you don't wanna cheap out on such an important part of the drivetrain, exedy or cusco twin disc is good.

If money is THE issue and you just need something better than a stocker, an ACT is good bang for the buck.

I would personally suggest the non-carbon exedy twin disc since its a good compromise. Remember to get a new flywheel too!!! Also, the labor is gonna be pretty much the same regardless of which clutch you go for, try to make it worthwhile.

Fidanza 2.1 clutch should serve you well... my friend has that in his similar modded X.. pedal pressure is slightly stiffer than stock and engagement was smooth, very easy to modulate. You can try out this link... I believe he got it from BR... https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...oducts_id=1337

i replaced mine in january with a act hd pressure plate and a sprung 6 puck. the 6 puck is a little harsh on the engagement but once you get used to it, it is very nice.
