Cylinder misfire then loudd pop when driving? Helllppp please

I was driving tonight and i got a ses light i got home checked it then there was a loud pop sound? What could it be

usualy loud pop noises come from your lower intercooler pipe blowing off your turbo. that makes a real loud noise. mine did that the other day and scared me lol.

And if you pop that hose off (like on any turbocharged vehicle) it's going to run like crap after...

see thing is i tightened up all my hoses reconected everything and it was running good now its running like **** but im boostin all the way and everythign i just dnt feel the torque kicking in as much
