3-4 4-neutral resistance

3-4 4-neutral resistance
I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. It feels like when I go slowly through the gates of 3-4 or 4-neutral I get some resistance in the gear lever. They go into the gates just fine but with some resistance. 1-2 and 5th gears are fine and smooth but just 3-4 4-neutral its not as easy when going through the gates slowly. My concern is that it wasn't like that before. And when i jump in my buddy's Evo his is much more easier and smooth going in those gears. Car has 3400kms on it.

Feels like maybe a bushing is off or something with the cables? I took it to the dealer but thats another story.

Literally JUST solved this problem on my car. The return hose for my BOV popped off of my intake pipe and was catching on the shifter cables. Check and see if anything is obstructing them. Look directly next to the red battery terminal (and below of course).

Just checked the shifter linkage under the hood and its all clear. Its fustrating. Maybe I gotta take apart the center console and see whats going on.

Wow no one has a solution for this?

FAIL

Looks like we have to take the thing apart.
