Looks like K&N now uses the stock MAF tube on the end of the intake pipe. I wonder why they changed it...

They both connect to the same thing, which is the turbo inlet elbow.

Harman motives intake claims a 20 whp jump and that's without the extra piping and for 229.00 shipped.

Are there any drawbacks to using the K&N or any other cone-type filter on the X? So many people are opposed to these and use the drop-ins like the HKS, etc.

Also, can you run this setup with the stock tune?

Im also curious to know if anyone is running this setup. Is the K&N UICP worth it compared to those running other ones? I found a deal for the intake and UICP for a great price that's why im curious..
