"Click" noise when I push the clutch by the engagement point

I have about 250 miles on my brand new evo and recently I noticed a very subtle palpable click when I step on my clutch downward toward the engagement point. I was wondering if this was a normal part of "breaking in" a new clutch or if there's something horribly wrong.

Personally, I think it's kinda convenient because I'm relatively new to the manual transmission and it gives me a great reference point for engaging. The engagement point and everything feels the same otherwise. I'm just hoping this isn't something bad. It would be a record if I killed the clutch in 250 miles on a brand new car =P

Do you hear the click coming from outside the car? I've had this similar click since i bought my brand new Evo as well. I hear it mostly in 1st - 3rd...

It's like a barely audible click. It's more of a sensation. Like I feel a small click right near the engagement point. You can only hear it if the car is totally quiet.

I'm relatively new to the manual transmission so in a way it's almost a benefit haha. I have a palpable reference point for the engagement point now. I'm just a bit paranoid because it's such a new car.

I have this same click, but it appears exactely after installing a SSP CMC Upgrade, so I am guessing it is related to something happening while removing the OEM. Maybe need some lube or adjusts. I let the car at the shop for some upgrades. Will ask them to check this and, if they solve, I'll post here.
