I just got this BOV in today thanks to MAPerformance. This BOV is nice. I was able to hold peak boost for 1.5-2 sec. No turbo surge or fluttering. I'm at 3 full turns from full negative. 30% VTA 70% recirculate. It doesn't psssh under low load under 3k throttle Only when you half throttle it then it will open up the piston pass the VTA port to psssshh.

 

Hi there, are you having the factory intake or the aftermarket one? Will you have any idle problem if you set the spring pre-load to its softest end, or you just set it the way to avoid surge?Thanks.

these things KA. I put one on today 70VTA with 4+ turns on the spring. Works great
