No Boost after Agency Power Suction Pipe added?

My can has been running wonderfully for weeks now since I bought the Cobb AP and am using one of the Perrin Maps...peaks around 25PSI and tapers to 17, running great. Today I go to put on the Agency Power upper intercooler pipe and turbo suction pipe. The intercooler pipe was no problem, but I had some problems getting the silicone coupler from the new pipe to the turbo inlet correct, it's not a perfect fit with the bov having to be connected, but I though I got it. I went to drive the car and have NO power at all, no boost, it's like driving a regular 4 cylinder. Also, the bov doesn't sound right, it's a higher pitched, weird noice. I threw a cel that was said MAP sensor plausibility....leak from the turbo inlet connection? The connection at the bov seems fine, and the other vacuum lines are fine. Help!!!

Not sure what you mean...I didn't take the bov off, just disconnected it from the stock suction pipe, so I connected the same outlet to the new suction pipe...am I missing something?

Ok, here's an update...rechecked all of my clamps, lines, etc., doesn't seem to be a leak anywhere...again, car was running great last night...just cleared the map sensor plausibility code with the cobb ap, went down the road again...no power, and idling really high...I can't imagine I blew my MAF just by adding a suction pipe...something is seriously wrong though, it's like the car has no turbo at all now.

No, not the maf, I checked that...it's definately limp mode, I tried clearing the codes, flashing the car back to stock, then running again, but the same thing. I'm thinking it's a leak, I'll have to re-install the pipe tomorrow, maybe that will help. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank.s

I think it's leaking too but u said u checked all the connections they are good, but if the turbo can't build boost, definitely a leak somewhere.

Does the suction pipe contain the "bungs" for the factory vacuum (boost solenoid) lines? Are they reversed? How tight are the clamps for the UICP?

A high idle is a good indication of a vacuum leak.

I don't think it has anything to do with the UICP because I put it on first and ran the car, it was fine...the bungs are in the Agency Power suction pipe, and since the there is really only 1 way to hook them up (small line going from the solenoide to the smaill screw-in inlet on the pipe and the larger plastic vacuum coming from the manifold goes to the larger bung) I think it is a leak at the turbo inlet...the angle was really hard to get because of the placement of the bov next to the UICP, I don't think the clamps sealed correctly and under boost it probably blew off just enough to cause a leak...going to disconnect the entire pipe, bov, everything, get a good seal between the turbo inlet and the coupler and build up from that. I'll see how it goes today and update.

Ok, checked the connections again, no leak that I can see, everything is sealed well...scanned the code off again (map sensor plausibility), reflashed the car, and pulled out. In 1st gear it seemed ok, though the boost wasn't nearly what it was before, and in 2nd it went into limp mode again...I can't imagine just adding that suction pipe did this, the car was boosting to 25psi yesterday perfectly, now I've got little to no boost...would the UICP do this? It's sealed well too, and I don't think it has anything to do with that...could it be my maf sensor went bad? One inch in diameter difference between the stock suction pipe and the new one shouldn't do this...

Try putting on your stock parts and see if it still happens.
