ASC auto shut off issue due to high torque??

Is anyone else having ASC automatically disable due to exceeding torque limit? This screen flashes anytime I go WOT since switching to E85. My tuner said it's likely a torque calculation based on RPM and the bigger turbo guys may not be seeing this because their torque comes on later in the band. It doesn't impact the drivability, just shuts ASC off whether or not I already had it disabled. Resets on shutdown. I'm guessing this is some kind of self preservation thing, but it's a little annoying getting beeped at. The SES light shown here is unrelated.

According to my tuner, all but p0247 have been disabled already, and 247 is for the wastegate solenoid.

traction I have this as well, been trying to figure it out.

I have been seeing more and more people with this.

Also, my tuner checked codes while this was present and there aren't any stored historic or current.

I am running the tephra disable for those codes anyway. My tuner said this is probably stored in another control unit, maybe the SAWC one (one of them, i think there is a few).

Also if you read the owners manual they mention this scenario happening when the ASC detects an issue. It doesn't say what kind of an issue but only that it senses something. It says if you shut the car off and it goes away the issue is gone. I does say to get it checked out if this happens frequently.

I am guessing this is from all the power, but it feels good that others are getting this too so hopefully it's common.

ive actually had this issue with my car, but mine hasn't turned off. its constantly on..my tuner checked and didn't see any codes.

I'm not sure what it is, talked to a guy at mitsu and he said he's been having to replace the fluid pump in the rear for the DT on a few evo's so thats probably it..problem is im afraid that my warranty will be void because of hearing/seeing the mods
