Best way to avoid CELs with HFC/Test Pipe

So is there any concensus yet on the best design for a HFC or test pipe 02 sensor bung? I see normal bungs, j-bend bungs (Specialty X), spacers, spacers with different size inserts (AMS).........

Do any of these designs work better than the others?

should be able to use the same thing I did...Go to Advance or Autozone and ask for Sparkplugs antifoulers...you will have to drill it out a little bit to get the sensor to fit inside it...i used 1 but some people use 2...

A tune.

I'm currently running the AMS O2 spacer using the middle sized restrictor and I haven't seen a CEL yet.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but a tune can resolve any CEL's triggered by the 02 sensor from a testpipe / hfc right?

Maybe. Buschur just tuned mine, and I've gotten P0140s tossed, even though he thought he had a fix for it.

My knowledge of the ECU tuning is minimal, but I honestly don't know if the "CEL turn off" button, so to speak, has been found.

This is the design we use and haven't had a problem with a CEL on our daily driven X on stock ECU w/ no tune.
