I lost track of this thread since I got banned for 30 days shortly after posting it. While I was out we did finish this up. It came out absolutely *****in'.

Here's some pictures of the finished product:

This is a 100% plug and play kit. NO AN lines, NO hose clamps, nothing extra to order or play with. The kit comes complete as pictured and you can seriously install the entire kit in less than 30 minutes if you are mechanically inclined.

You simple remove your old fuel pump assembly, drop this one right back in it's place, all the factory wiring plugs in, the factory fuel lines go right back on. You ground the second pump wire that is pre-wired with the end on it, to the top of the tank. Then run the single wire to the front of the car, hook the supplied and pre-wired pressure switch to a boost source, hook the wire to the battery and you are done.

Cores are in extremely short supply. I bought all that were in the USA. I do need your core sent in to build these. Call first and I can be sure to have one done and ship the same day back to you when I get your core. The complete kit price is $500.

These are done, complete, shipping and installed in two seperate EVOX's already.

Don't waste you time messing up your perfectly good EVO with AN lines and fittings. We've already proven the stock fuel lines to be good for over 800 whp, there's no need to ruin your car.

Will you warranty that the sock and lines are all E85 safe? the plug-n-play is awesome for pump gas users, but the fact that other people using the walbro setup in E85 have melted their socks and this doesn't appear to have a filter to catch that material would make me hesitate before buying this kit to run E85...

Bump for an answer to the question I was going to ask.

No, I won't warrantee it but I've never seen a Walbro sock fail from E85, E98, VP Import or anything else so I feel pretty safe saying it's not going to happen. We've sold an awful lot of double pumpers for the EVO8-9 and I've never seen a sock fail from E85 use. I'd have to think something else was going on if someone has one that melted. My first guess would be it wasn't a real Walbro and it was a Chinese knock off, too many of those POS's have been sold.

Any chance these will drop from its current $500 price tag to a more affordable $400 deal (like you previously spoke of)?

No chance at all. Originally I was going to use more of the factory parts but it would not have been strong enough and it wouldn't have flowed as much. The $500 price is a bargain, there's no other options to buy, no pumps to buy, it's complete and drops in.

I come from a pretty heavy race background and $500 for a fuel solution to support 800hp or more is a steal. I have spent double that for my cobra in the past so the price is more than right!!! Way to go BR!!!!

Agreed! I have a 2008 Shelby GT, I put a Whipple 550 kit on it and bought twin pumps for it, I think the cost was near $1,000.

No other options isn't entirely true. This is your thread and I'm not going to mention any other vendors on it out of respect, but there are other options in terms of a double-pump E85 compatible setup, FYI.
