I'll test if you buy! Or if ten people pitch in $50 I'll make it happen and dyno it locally.

On a more serious note, my best guess is that even with the stock 2.5" (~64mm) IC piping and ported Intake Manifold neck it would make sense that it flows at least as well as a 64mm TB upgrade and likely makes use of 70mm (out of the 75mm potential) on the stock piping since the center shaft/plate needs to be accounted for when rating it's flow.

You are probably right that it will only see full gains with a 2.75" (~70mm) or 3.0" (~75mm) IC Piping upgrade with the exit of the FMIC matched as well. You would also want to bump the Intake Manifold entry to larger than stock, cutting off the stock neck and having a larger diameter piece wouldn't be impossible, just not easy.

Are there any drivability concerns with not having coolant flow through the throttlebody? I was thinking about short cutting the stock coolant hoses as a test to see how it works and if there is any less heat transfer. I have the Boomba intake manifold gasket installed with a slightly increased capacity intake manifold going on the car right now and I should have some good before and after stats on that upgrade shortly.

Depends on climate. The coolant flow through the throttle body is to warm it up with hot coolant in the winter months. If you live in San Diego or Miami, there's no need to ever have this coolant flow (unless, of course, San Diego or Miami suddenly get freezing cold weather or you take the car North into cold weather).
