just about ready...

PLEASE LEAVE INPUT. DONT LOOK AND THEN LEAVE!

just about ready for my first performance mod. im going to start off simple and get an intake. the perrin black Friday weekend sale is still on until midnight tonight. im about to pull the trigger on a perrin drop in with a perrin turbo inlet hose. $120 shipped

QUESTION. will these parts bump up the noise of the spool/bov?

would these parts give me the same gain as an open air intake?

i would get an open air intake but i have heard that somthing bad happens if the ac is on or something. idk. HELP ME OUT ASAP. need to make up my mind before midnight!!!

open air intake will get you more gains than a drop in filter.

the bov probably will not be louder, if you got an open air intake you will be able to hear it.

I have an open air intake kit, UR. I'm not experiencing any "issues" with the A/C on. No issues with the intake either. Yes, with the open element air intake the turbo spooling will be more audible as will the bpv.

actually I always heard you get hardly any more power with an open intake over the drop in unless you are pushing 400 or more hp.

If you haven't purchased an intake, take a look at ours. We use a 5.0" filter with a hand milled maf adapter. We have had several shops say this is the best performing intake on the market due to the design.

If you have any questions, let me know!

Thanks,

Michael

I run the stock air box with an HKS filter. Seems to work ok.
