Question Carbon Fiber Driveshafts for the X?

Anyone making these yet? I remember for the Evo 8 there were several options on this. It seems completely viable albeit pricey

AMS offered a lightened version but it was not carbon. It is no longer available according to their website. Maybe they will chime in with some updates.

Driveshaft Shop is in NC. Just an FYI they will make whatever you want. For a price of course.

surely there are other bits to replace first that would be heavier ?

i've heard that you can strip about 100-150 kilo's from an X-RS just in removing excess metal...

be good to have a X that weighs 1200kg's

TORQline in the UK now has a 4.05kg one piece carbon fiber driveshaft for the Evo X RS. I've been talking with the guys over there for a while now, and am still finding out if the RS will fit the North America MR and GSR. pricing is £1501.19 Each excluding VAT and Delivery for one or 15 for £988.53 excluding VAT and delivery.
if a vendor wants to pick up a group buy i have all the contact info and i'm in for one. i was going to set up a BG but it's just too much work for a one time sale.
