A no parking sign does not give the tow company legal right to destroy your car.

You are aware - neutral only disengages the tires from the motor - not the front from the rear....

i dunno if one of these even helps.. but I have it just incase. There is NO question that a flatbed should be used.. written in engrish and shown as a picture. Even an f'n monkey would know which one is the correct way to do it.

wow... Neutral and all 4 wheels on the ground and spinning at the same rate does NOT mean the same thing as Neutral and 2 front wheels in the air not moving and 2 rear wheels spinning.

this must be your first awd. let me break it down for you.

when you tow a car from the front only - the front wheels are locked via the lift - while the rear wheels are forced to roll on the ground.

So i see your .. and raise you two

Damn man that sucks. When my car was towed i was HEATED. First thing i asked was how it was towed.

I would def take it to a mitsu dealer and let them look at everything.

Listen fellas, heated is not the word for how I was at that moment! To break it down for you I seriously was gonna rip the head off the guy once they lowered my baby, but for what ever reason I thought that would just had made my day even worst. The best part is that the retard is trying to tell me his a professional and that he's been doing it for years... Blah, blah.., I told him the last thing you are is a proffesional if anything you a retard and you just messed up my $35000 car and I'll be seeing him and his bulls#^# company in court, and I hope that $100 tow fee will be worth the $3000 repair bill that they are gonna be getting from me.

As far the car it was towed from the rear and yes it was in neutral ( not that it matters with an awd car). The handbrake was up. They towed the car about a half a block so that is why I hope that ther was no or minimal damage.

On a side note, I remember reading somewhere that on the X if you lift the handbrake that it releases the rear so that you can initiate a drift slide. Maybe this will save TC. Your thouhts?
