Where did you get this sticker from? Not that I'm planning on getting towed again, but you never know....,

No, not even close. It needs to be towed on a flatbed or dolly. If any wheels are in contact with the road when moving its going to damage a bunch of ****.

On a side note, I remember reading somewhere that on the X if you lift the handbrake that it releases the rear so that you can initiate a drift slide. Maybe this will save TC. Your thouhts?
This is true - that the center diff/TC is released with handbrake engaged. But I don't know if the ignition has to be on (electrically-controlled diff?) for this to happen. I don't recall there being any mechanical linkage between the hand brake system and the diff/TC. Your local Mitsu dealer should know.

JonnyBlaze, I got an "AWD Tow Warning" windshield decal from Mach V as a precaution. I put it on right near the VIN/Registration. I'm pretty sure you can order one with an actual Evo pictured on it.

Is anything even wrong with it? A court is going to laugh if you're trying to get money for damage that doesn't exist. If there is though, go get em! You'll win for sure.

That's the money question that I'm trying to get some answers to. The car feels and drives just fine. I'm taking it to mitsubishi next Tuesday for a checkup! Ive gotten the "check" Tarmac light a couple of time since it happened.... But then again I have been getting that warning before also a couple of times. I hope that the warning light is a another unrelated problem, something silly like the rear assymbly just low on oil or something Like that.

Does anybody know how they are going to check the transfer case? I hope that they won't need to drop it down ...

There was damage done. Just a matter of when it decides to give up the ghost completely. Go after them now while you can prove whatever happened was their fault, so they can't blame your ****ty driving or some other excuse a few months down the line when you come after them with the bill.

It's got the liability factor covered: tow company will be liable. And big damn words that read flatbed only!!
