Hi Guys

This has probably been asked 100's of times but i have done a search and cant really find the info im after.

Can someone tell me if i dump my cat and fit a test pipe will it bring on the engine management light on.

If it does is there a way to fix this

Also can you recommend a good test pipe for my car

Many thanks in advance

I had a test pipe made, threw a code so put a spark plug fouler on it, still threw a code. Went and used 2 foulers and it still threw a code once in a while. Went back to a hi-flo cat and no codes.

However, the one I had made, didn't have a j-type bung like the one that ETS makes. If you're going to buy one, I would highly recommend the ETS test pipe, they are also a vendor on here.

I know the T1R test pipe comes with a 02 fix as well... Comes with a resonator as well so I think thats almost like an added bonus for avoiding the law if you have to lol.
