I have installed the CP-E twin exit exhaust, since installation it sounds like it is hitting something at certain bumps. It also rattles when i turn off the car at times. It sounds like it is coming from the passenger section. I checked everything, all is tight and still on hangers. My question to those that have it is did you use the stock exhaust hangers and which way did you put them on? Or if you used aftermarket which ones you used. I an wanting to use the torque solutions mounts but don't know which to get. I beleive I need the 12mm ones but not sure if I need the longer ones or not. Thanks for your help guys.

 

I have it with no problems. Who installed it? They could've left one of the screws out of the heat shield cause my installer did that and it rattled too.

 

I installed it. Not a job willing to pay someone to do. I do most my own stuff if i know how. I am gonna put it on my ramps tonight and see if i can figure it out. I didn't reuse the heat shield from cat area.

 

check the clamp by the rear diff... had this issue at one point in time. all you have to do is rotate the clamp and things are great after that

 

I'm betting on this. Happened with mine.

 

Have no issues with it now. The heat shield was my problem though, had to cut half of it... Plus the fitment wasn't so great, I'll have a full review soon

 

It was the clamp by the diff. All is good now. thanks. My fitment was great. Broke in now so nice and mellow. Thanks Adam

 

I've got a turbo back dual exhaust and love it. Its nice and mellow. I have the CPE cat on it, but probably going to go with a test pipe. Anyone have it on? what do you think of the overall sound of the exhaust?

 

I have their test pipe on mine and I love it. Nice rumble to it.

 

lol, you guys should here the rumble with a single mufflerless version.... it's pretty nuts, and loud too.
