ETS intake with access port.

I just got my ets intake installed. Is anyone running this with an access port? If so what map are you running? I love the intake but if I can't find support for it I may switch to the aem.

I have the same question. I could only find this link where it was suggested to use just the basic map. But I'd like to know if there's alot of guys doing this, and if they are having problems or not.

(Michael's post #6.) "A tune would be recommend to get all the power possible out of the setup. We have customers who use the cobb access port with basic maps. The good thing about our intake is it uses the stock MAF housing so you will not need to rescale on install. "

I think that when Michael says the basic maps he is just refering to the OTS maps that cobb offers.

I have found that the COBB SF map works best for me, yet I still see counts all the way up to 10.5 on STFT this is usually when letting of the clutch and lightly modulating the gas pedal to begin moving. the LTFT stays at 0. I still see a ton of black smoke at high rpm at full throttle...

I'd recommend using the Cobb SF maps as mentioned above, they should be pretty close.

Aahhhh, yeah.. that does make more sense.

And thanks to you both for suggesting the SF map. Could I ask why you suggest that particular one?

Cobb SF intake was designed to be compatible with stock MAF scaling just like ETS' was. I would assume the AEM is also very similar too, but I'd have to dig into the OTS maps to pull up the exact scalings.
