Just bought my new evo x, need some help.

Here is what I would do:
I would drive the hell out of it to see if anything needs to be replaced under warranty. Someone said 3k-4k miles; that's perfect.
From there, I would go with:
Agency Power Short Ram Intake ($250)
AMS 3" Single Exit Cat-back ($650)
HKS Downpipe ($200)
Agency Power Test Pipe ($180)
Agency Power 3" Upper Intercooler Pipe ($300)
Custom OpenECU Pro tune ($400)
That is just under $2000 ($1980). With all of that, on a GSR, you should see +80 to +100 awhp. We are talking 320-340awhp for $2000 above stock.
PS: I have most of those parts and stand behind their quality.
