exhaust are blue. theyre supposed to be more heat tolerant (yeah. right)

dont bother changing these unless the ones in there are leaking for sure. They are a pain to remove with head on and you'll end up scratching the stems and cashing up your nuckles,. You'll contaminate your oil with blood - which is corrosive

Go ahead and change them. they come off simply with vise grips or stem pliers. Should only take you about 10 min to change them out. Use a deep socket of the same size and tap them onto the stem till they seat down

Yes, supertech shipped 16 seals now instead of 8 and 8.

It's okay. I asked also when I got a set to install.

Are all valve seals around the same quality? Any brands I should ignore?

there is actually only 2 or 3 manufactures in the world for valve stem seals. Even the big 3 get them all from one place. They are all of similar quality and fit. The only thing you must keep in mind is when your purchasing valve seals for a Supertech spring you must buy either their seal for their spring or you can look for LS Honda from anywhere else. Supertech's duel spring has a smaller inner diameter then any other spring on the market and the inner spring will pull and destroy the larger Mitsubishi sized valve seal.

You should have 8 ending in "e" and 8 ending in "i" to signify exhaust or intake.

That's what I thought, but when I read the label out side the box which had the content label I had, it said 16 valve seals. They were all 6.6 Viton seals. I would have thought they should be (8)half Viton and half (8) polyacrylic.
