i am finally at the point where the beast needs more power (racing only on the big 315s now) and so i am going to finally going to have matt @ Slickmotorsports put in my FIC 1100s i got from Maperformance and the badass progressive controlled Blaqops double pumper and make the switch to e85 for the remainder of the season. I am however wanting to change to a aftermarket rail to aid in running a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and wanted to see what everyone is doing. As usual Clipse3gt will be doing my tuning so if anyone has any baselines for the 1100s to get me going that would be awesome let me or him know!

I honestly wouldn't change the stock rail. Get the FPR kit from MAP, you can keep the stock rail with that.
Every aftermarket stock rail I have seen has had issues and the stock one can flow more than enough fuel.

You don't need an afpr with a BlaqOPs kit. An afpr is needed when you're giving the car too much fuel at idle for the stock regulator to handle. That'll occur if you have two Walbros or a big inline (Bosch or larger) at full voltage at idle but the BlaqOPs kits only run one pump at idle.
If you want to get a fuel pressure gauge into your setup then I highly recommend the Boomba rail. It's really inexpensive for the quality and it uses stock quick disconnect fittings. You can just screw your gauge right into the rail. The caveat is that it doesn't include bolt holes for the fuel return line so you end up having to improvise on that. I haven't seen any evidence that rails are ever needed, other than the stock one being ugly.

Murlo you're wrong and right
Sometimes keeping it stock is the simplest and best solution!
While we're at it, why even bother with twin pumps? Try a boost-a-pump, you might like it
Want me to really blow your mind? Put it on a stock fuel pump! I'd be willing to bet that this +DW1000's (or 1300's) would be enough of a fuel system for 90% of evoX's, even the ones on E85.
