Overheating

I just wrapped up my install of the BBX on my car, I decided to go for a few laps of my neighbourhood.

As I was pulling back into the garage after a few laps, the 'overheating' warning popped up.

I shut down the car, popped the hood.

Left side of the radiator (to the left of the rad cap) the coolant line is cold, to the right of the radiator cap the coolant line is extremely hot to the touch.

During the install I marked where all the coolant and oil lines came off, and I torqued everything to spec.

Can anyone figure out what I may have done wrong?!

Edit: For the record, when I was doing my laps I wasnt pushing my car, I wasnt going up and hitting any boost. I was just doing a few laps to make sure there were no leaks.

Ok, Im dumb.
I'll be the first to admit it. I forgot to 'burp' my coolant system after the install. So I had air in the radiator.... FML

It happens, glad the problem is solved with no damage, that's what's important.

before I went for a test spin I let the car run for about 10 minutes. Checking everywhere with a flashlight for leaks.
