Loud "clank" noise from rear end

Sometimes when engaging the clutch, i can hear a "clank" noise coming from the rear end. It only happens once as soon as the clutch engages. No it has nothing to do with the exhaust. Could it be the differential?

Might be you letting off the clutch too fast. My 8 used to do that until I learned to drive her properly.

I'm pretty sure its our e-brake shoes sticking. If you don't use your e-brake, and park it in gear, see if that makes that noise not occur. Pretty sure that's why mine does it.

the e-brake shoes suck IMO anyway. This isn't setup stock to do fast-and-furious type of drifting. Not mine anyway.
