Ultimate Racing vs. Rexpeed Downpipe
I know the rexpeed is alot cheaper and people say it might be more prone to cracking. From the outside they look alot alike. The biggest differance I notice is the flange that mates to the turbo. The Rex one has pretty much one hole and the UR has 2 openings.. one for the turbine wheel and the other for the wastegate. Now I don't think UR sends a gasket that seperates the 2 holes?? To me the Rex style seems easier and you can use the stock gasket. What's everyone think? Here are a couple pics

I used the UR one myself and was MORE than pleased with it. I had mine ceramic coated and worked flawlessly with my red for quite some time with 0 issues. I would recommend! The Rexspeed pipe I have no experience with. I've heard it is a decent piece.
I had no problems installing the UR DP (take off that backwards-*** stud was another story). Everything that I needed was in the kit as well.
I also bought some heat wrap to cover it up with.

I like the UR flex piping a lot. I'd not worry much about the opening on the UR being a performance decrease/impact; the AMS and ETS designs also have an assymetric style for the routing of the exhaust flows.
You want to separate the waste gate gases from the turbine gases. This will prevent excess turbulence when the waste gate opens and closes. When the waste gate closes it acts as a suction.
Running a gasket is also highly recommend to prevent any leaking between the two. Also, do not run a down pipe with an external waste gate after the turbine flange. These type of units are prone to leak. If they leak before the external waste gate it will cause slow spool up and it won't be an audible leak due to it leaking into your exhaust stream. It's a hard one to detect.
Good Luck!

Of course any aftermarket is an improvement IMO over the crappy OEM one! Wow, what a POS that design is for airflow.
MAP includes a divided gasket with theirs.

MAP includes a divided gasket with theirs; I also assume ETS does.

My only concern with the Rexpeed unit is the metallurgy as it is made overseas, I haven't heard any complaints in regards to fitment and certainly not pricing lol.
