They will be combined with a Single Walbro 255 Pump. My question is at what whp are these two injectors sizes maxing out at? I'm trying to figure out what size I want. My goals are FP Black and 450whp pump gas under 90% Duty Cycle. Are 800cc's enough? I don't wanna do 1000cc unless I really need them. Thanks!

800's are getting into high duty cycles around 400whp. I think the new DW's are actually 850's so they'd probably be a good fit. If you talk to DW when you order then they could probably find you a matched set that flows a bit more, perhaps 875.
