Injector Sizes

Again, I fail at the search...I've found numerous sizes of injectors and curious as to what the HP figures would look like or approx how much HP can whatever size support? I saw the DW850cc stg 2 flash for the AP but what if I ran 650's? My goal is about 400whp....

I would say go at least 1000cc minimum. That way if you ever want to use E85, you'll have enough fuel...

Depends on which turbo you are using...on a stock turbo, 1000cc will do.

Custom tune or OTS map? If OTS stay with what Cobb recommends unless you know how to set the injector scaling and duty cycle.

Currently using the OTS Cobb map but w/ tax returns I plan on getting a pro tune at GST. Wanting to get my ducks in a row with all my future parts installed so I'm not constantly needing a tune b/c I upgraded parts. Last parts to install are exhaust manifold, cams, and injectors prior to tune. As for upgrading the turbo I'll have to make another deployment to afford it...might have to put cams in that categorty too haha

If I got some of the ginormous injectors how bad would that affect my mpg seeing as how this is my daily driver? Kinda skeptical of stepping up to the 850's but you guys are droppin numbers like 1100 and 1600 etc and that seems HUGE!

You should consult with GST on what to buy.

I would go with 1000's just in case you decide to go E85. I am running right at the limit with ID1000's on a FP Red. The 850's are good for what you would like to do on pump though (if that is what you are going to run).
