Car rpms stuck at 2k while in neutral! Help!!

I have a Evo X with a ECU tune and a cone filter. Car has been running great for months. Today i went out and when i turn the car on, i got a CEL and the cars rpms are climbing to 2k while in neutral. I checked all the vacum lines and fpr line all is in check. Ive reset the battery and nothing! Any ideas what this could be? Thanks!

Didn't get time to get it checked today. Im guessing it may be a vacuum issue. When I turn the ac on the rpms go back to normal and when it shuts off they go back to 2k. I've checked all the hoses and haven't found any disconnected. Any suggestions?

Maf sensor I assume. Swap it with an other one to check it. Takes 2 minutes.

No but I should have done that. I'll be going prob tuesday to my tuner to see what the issue is. I did notice that when the ac is on the rpms go back to normal and when it's off they go back up
