Anybody know the size of the bolts that hold the heat shields to the dp and exhaust manifold? I lost one and have a rattle.

 

Take one bolt off and take to Autozone for comparison.

The length and pitch.

I only have one car for the weekend and removing one of the other ones is a pain.

 

It isn't that bad...your best bet is to take one of the top ones off, should take like 10 seconds.

I took my heatshield off a few weeks ago at 2 am in my pajamas in like 2 mins, you should be able to handle this one...that was in below zero temps too

 

Thanks. I found a bolt that worked.

 

You could always go to Ace hardware and compare bolts and such to get the right one. I just bought a X and one of the damn bolts is broken into the manifold.
