I warm it up for a few minutes, but that's more of an E85 thing. If you try to move right away it'll feel like the car wants to die.

I always allow the car to warm up until the 1st segmented line on the temp gauge shows up.. only cuz I'm 99% sure that I remember reading instructions to do just that in my owner's manual.

It's probably just a waste of gas and time, especially in the winter.. but I figure doing that doesn't really hurt anything otherwise.
