Exedy Twin HD is the way to go. Why was your fx400 horrible? I am ordering my twin this week, had it in my STI and loved it and drove it daily. Just have to rev it up a little when letting off the clutch. But stock like pedal feel.

well it died with around 18k on it, and the clutch had minimal play, it was either on or off, it was just a very difficult clutch to daily drive, but on a side note if i was going to drag a car...i would deff. recommend the fx400 for launching it was great...

thanks ill do some info on the HD

Go with a full face or segmented Kevlar disc such as the FX300, Spec Stage 2+, WORKS CK2, etc.

Yeah, I have the ACT six puck sprung. The street disc should be okay with your car and it's easy to drive since it's full-face.

I have a Spec Stage 2+ with the Magnus CMC kit and I love it. Only thing is the clutch doesn't like low rpm slipping, so you kinda have to rev it up and slip the clutch for really low speed stuff (under 5mph)

Not sure if its apples to apples - but my ACT 6-puck sprung in my 350 is pretty heavy and first is almost unmanagable - Im glad I have a X for a daily - its stock clutch feels like a civic after driving the other car. If u wanna save a buck - go ACT. On a sidenote - I heard the carbonetics triple is near stocklike pedal pressure, very easy to drive... but takes a bit to warm up. Everybody that I know that has it swears its the last clutch they'll ever buy.

I will never get a exedy twin again for a daily driver! Clutch is way to on off for my taste, now it grabs like a **** at the track if you can get it right. I liked the act I had in my old evo 8 as a daily driver much better! Plus you can buy almost 3 of them for the price of the twin.

RPS's Billet Twin Carbon is simply awesome.. Stock pedal pressure, very easy daily driving clutch, very quiet, slippable, and holds any power you throw at it. I have this same clutch in my 700hp EVO8
