Im getting ready to change the fluids in both the tranfer case and rear diff iv done my reseach andim still confused do they both use the same diaqueen oil or are there 2 diffrent types and if they are diffrent what are they and where can i purchase them.. Thx
just to make sure the rear diff have two locations where the oil needs to be changed?

 

Transfer Case and Rear diff gear both use the same LSD oil. Just don't confuse the rear diff gear with the torque transfer mechanism (which takes ATF).
