I will log my car before installing any of the parts I just ordered. One of those is the Depo 3.5 FMIC. That is once I learn how to use all the great programs associated with a Tactrix cable. I will do a couple virtual dyno runs to see the difference as well. Stay tuned for more. I don't leave this crazy place called Afghanistan for awhile yet.

I am a Gov. Quality Assurance Specialist, so I am very picky about parts, the quality, the material, the workmanship etc. Its what I do for a living so I will provide some reviews on everything for my Ralliart.

My review:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...er-review.html

Since install I pressure tested it to 30psi with no leaks. I am not making crazy hp (about 430 crank) but there is no reason this thing isn't good for 600hp. Solid design with no pretty name on it. It is not a poorly designed no name china eBay cooler due to the fin packs, welds, and successful leak test.

Thanks for taking the time to do this. It's not as pretty as a polished ETS core but its a solid working piece which is why I used it.

I am enjoying mine.. I got the 4" and no cooling or other concerns. its pretty clean if not as clean as my buddies ETS 4" he got.. I went with the depo licp bc of it being 3" to go with the 3" outlet.. great fitment as well. I had decent dyno results for doing full bolt ons. will be doing cams/springs, fic 1100 injectors on e85 soon. I have some photos on my phone that will upload of my install of the FMIC

No fabrication needed for install besides grinding the mounting bolt washers down.

nice review

To obake214 Exactly how much boost are you running on that setup I was looking at the black 3.5 inch on 25lbs on the stock turbo. Its so hard to find many reviews on this intercooler but it seems like people are having good results with this intercooler. Im looking for 350whp and im good.

I've ran 32psi through it on a 6262 turbo during my career I'm sure you'll be fine lol

I had no issues with my depot racing 3.5inch. Well...other than one of the bottom mounting tabs breaking at one point, but I tig welded it back on and its been fine ever since.

i got the 4" and love it. very snug fit. i ended up also ordering the depot 3" licp to go with the 3" outlet. both are high quality pieces.

some people love them, some people hate them. I played it safe and went with the AMS unit, great piece of art

I just picked up the depo 3.5" intercooler. Couldn't pass up the price . But I'm alittle nervous it doesn't have side mounting tabs?
Just one tab at the top?

Is this how it normally is?

I got the 4", running on E85 making 450 whp and love it! Huge core, I laughed at how tiny the stock one was, this thing can carry massive amounts of heat before losing effectiveness due to it's size alone. Has dense core of offset cooling fins, really no negatives to speak of.

What did yours have for mounting tabs ? Mine only has a tab at the top nothing on the sides
