I need some help with a squeak noise that occurs whenever I start or stop the car. My guess is one of the pullies squeaking, but up till now I've only encountered constantly squeaking pulleys, not one that just squeaks on start/stop, so I'm unfortunately not 100% certain. If it's a pulley, which one would be most common on the evo? The squeaks only happen when the car starts or stops, probably due to the pulley in question at a certain (low) rpm range.

Attached is a video of the squeaking. Could the tensioner be possible as a cause of the squeaks as well?
