I keep melting test pipe my test pipe hanger. first I melted my stock one at a track day, so I just thought it got to hot at the track. I replaced it with a torque solutions urethane (or whatever they use) hanger and its starting to melt as well, no track days on this one, just street driving...

 

The hangar is touching the pipe, it should not be. Get a testpipe that fits correctly.

 

Ive melted 2 of those with my artisan exhaust

 

There supposed to he a metal plate bracket in between the test pipe and hanger. That is why it is melting.
