Exclamation Boost pill???

can someone please explain to me more about a boost pill???

is it the little bead i feel in a rubber line leading off my intake into my wastgate? (or in that area??) i took a rubber line off that had a restrictor bead in it (or atleast that what i call it ha) and replaced it with an open rubber line and lost power so i put it back on...

does it come stock?

It does come stock and should only be removed if you are running a stage 2 Cobb tune. Leave it in.

The restrictor pill causes boost to build up more before it hits the wastegate so its almost like a mini boost controller. take it out and without any a proper tube the boost would drop.

Just wondering.. so Cobb AP stage 2 or 3, take it out. But if custom tuned with a 3-port or manual boost controller, do they still leave it in?

Seems like all 3 kinda serve the same purpose.. but I could be way off.
