BOV recirculation spring settings help

Got a Blitz Venturi Drive Blow Off Valve with recirculating flange and i'm not sure if i should if i leave it as pre setted? or should i loosen or tighten the spring for recirculating install?

Cause the manual was in Japanese

I have the same one on my evo.. It was that way when i bought it.. My kinda surges when i let off the throttle on the freeway.. I dont like it but i cant seem to find the spot where it wont do that...

Did you ever get it adjusted??

but does anyone know which recirculation flange will fit the X? i see that they have a 22mm, 28mm, and 34mm

Thats what my friend said too.. But ive searched online for ways to get rid of it but i cant.. Im just gonna have to buy a stock one..

Will that flutter do any damage to my turbo??
