Need help, evo x mr please

Hi, I have a 2010 Mitsubishi evolution x mr, I am experiancing some problems with it at the moment, and no can figure out what it is, I am located in Canada, Ontario, and right now the service department is tring new patches etc, here is the problem
When I accerlate the car from a stand still it vibrates, very violently, then it goes back to driving normally, I have had the fluids replaced, Mitsubishi Canada send a patch and it kind of solved the problem, they tried to block the revs from 1500-2000 rpm, but now its back, I can produce the problem by putting the car in reverse, not moving, then putting it back in drive and accelarating, I do not even have to accelarate that quickly and it causes the car to vibrate, almost like the tires are tring to grip and are slipping, kind of vibration.
I have no modifications done to the car, and its getting very hard to figure out what it is, the vibration, if that is the correct word to use for this problem, happens from a stand still, wether I accelerate fast or slowly, again the sensation, is like the wheels are tring to grip and are slipping, kind of hestation, please help me, or if you need more info please ask, I need to solve this issue thanks in advance for any and all information and help

Tell the dealer to fix that ****, especially with no mods.

Have the dealer fix it under warranty. Eventually, if they can't figure it out, I'm sure they'll just replace the entire transmission for you.

mitsubishi canada, is tring everything in the book so as to not to have to replace the transmission, I was hoping maybe some one here had a solution, that might help me, so the thing is it is the transmission, 100 percent, I was reading the other threads and some mentioned the cv joints, the propshaft, so even I am not sure what the issue is, the tech here are not sure, they keep playing with the transmission, could it be something else, or is it the transmission for sure, because my friends corolla does the same thing and its a manual transmission, so I am so confused at the moment, as to what the issue is
