In the maintenance manual it says to have this done at 60k. Guessing to adjust the bucket shims. Anyone have this done? I have some ticking at startup.

There is no actual adjustment for valve clearance, and there are no actual shims for the buckets. If you check clearances and find one out of spec you would need to order another bucket with the correct thickness to take up the slack. I haven't heard of a stock Evo needing this though. You might just be hearing injector tick.
