ets o2 open dump downpipe with stock cat and ets catback exhaust

So I really want to buy the ets 02 dump downpipe along with the ets v2 extreme catback exhaust and in the near future I will buy a test pipe or hfc due to becoming broke once i buy the dp and cbe lol. Any opinions on this setup? I just feel like it may ruin the cat or something( im a newb). Also do you think this would throw a CEL? Also would I need a tune immediately or is it safe to run it as is with the DP CBE and an ets intake. Thanks for your help

its going to be loud and annoying. There was a member on the other forum that wanted the loudest setup and went with this same exact one. Few days later he regretted it, saying its to loud and way to much drone.

I personally like the standard v2 rear section over the extreme.

I just finsihed installing this exact set up w/ a test pipe. I would say the extreme cat back is a bit loud for a street car but the performance is GREAT! Yes a retune is highly recommended. We did not experience a CEL...

hopefully the cat wont get hurt. Just dont let the cat get close to the hot exhaust and it shouldn't get burnt.

in more seriousness.. the cat should be fine.
