TiAL QR BOV

I was looking to purchase the TiAL QR BOV and get rid of the Stock BOV but I am unsure if it will work with my current setup. I purchased the Injen Short Ram Intake w/ UICP. My LICP is still the stock one and everything connected just fine to the Injen Intake. What do I need to do in order for the TiAL QR Recirc to work with my setup? Do I need to purchase a new LICP? From what I was told was that the Injen Intake is a Tube Port for the Stock BOV and the TiAL QR is a Flange and it will not work on the Injen? is this true? I need some help with this, thanks.

If you want a ****ed up setup. Get the flange welded into the UICP and get an adaptor for the intake pipe to run a hose from there to the bov. If you want the correct set up. Sell your intake and buy the AMS LICP w/ TiAL bov and AMS Intake. Heres mine...

I was looking at the AMS setup, however the price for everything is ridiculous. everything priced out was like $1500+. Stories I have heard was that the Injen short ram w/UICP gives you the same results as the AMS short ram and AMS UICP and it is half the cost. I do not plan on going to bigger turbo or increasing boost any more o i was told LICP Kit would be waste of money. I not trying to have my **** looked ****ed up, I was just looking for simple answer if it would work or not.

I think there is also an adapter made to use stock location and piping. I would list who I know carries it but they are not a vendor on here I don't believe.

Just get a BOV that fits like stock, such as the Cobb XLE BPV or Synapse DV. I personally have Cobb's and it's been good to me.

They mess up your fuel trims, AFR = loss of power and reliability.

BTW you want the BOV close to the TB for best engine response and reliability as well.

Wondering this as well since I already have an ets licp and aem intake. Will the torque solutions flange allow me to run a tial qr in the stock location?

Yes the X doesn't like vta. I'd almost always recommend going recirc unless you really want the ricer vta sound for some reason

It's not the X that doesn't like VTA, its the MAF based engine management that doesn't like it. No MAF car likes a VTA bov...
