Need help on transmission bushing!!!

I bought a new transmission bushing from twm performance, when i was installing it, it says on the manual to use a presser so i did, now it doesn't move at all. I can't remove the bushing anymore cause it was already installed and it's stuck on the arm i think. Did anybody had a problem like this when installing the bushing? Do i need to buy another one?

Shifter bushing? If it is this one, I screwed up mine by putting it in wrong and it got galled on one end. I just put the stock one back in.
