What turbo would be best.
my goal is over 900 one day we talking 5 years down the road. but i am on stock turbo right now and want to put a t3 kit on there and make 500whp.
what turbo do you guys think would be best for this and why. remember going t3 because 900whp later in the cars life so all will have to do is switch turbos out. so what turbo to make 500whp is best right now car is a dd will be not a dd later this year when t3 goes on. ALL ready putting in a triple disc exedy why because race car haha...

6466 just do it right the first time. The 6466 spools like the 6266, but has much more top end for your future plans.

I have heard it spools a little later idk tho.
and was thinking about doing a 6766 later just because 936 whp haha hey that extra 36 hp would be the new record....

The 6466 is almost identical as far as spool goes in almost every Dyno sheet when comparing to the 6266. The 6466 is capable of 1000whp
I wouldn't sacrifice the spool for the minimal gain you may get up top from the 6766. That's just me.

Yea i see the 6466 is capable of 900 I have not looked that turbo up tho. Have you seen dyno sheets where it has made 1000?

The 900whp that PTE lists it at Is just were the turbos efficiency range seems to end but not max HP. Just like we see 6266 's in the 800's but its only labeled at 735whp.

Put a 5858 on there now for 500whp, then sell that later and put a big *** turbo on there.
You will hate driving a single scroll 6466, its laggy as sin and with a stock motor you won't even be able to rev it out to utilize it, you'll have a 1000rpm power band of crap.
The 6266 and 6466 aren't the "same" in spool, they are for sure different, you don't get the same spool out of a turbo that is capable of 100-200more whp, sorry.
But regardless, don't do a big *** turbo now, you won't want to drive that for 5 years.
