Ok so i was getting on it a little and tapped the clutch pedal in and then it went to the floor and did not come back up i lifted it back up and now it is super soft at the top and then mid way down it is super hard.
the cylinder for the clutch fork is out and will not come back in..
Any ideas what is wrong pleaseeee helpppp

 

Sounds like you factory Clutch master cylinder let go. Are you on stock clutch?
