clutch pedal wont move

friend has an evo 5 an when shifting gears the clutch pedal stayed on the floor, after lifting clutch pedal back up it got stuck an wont move at all... any advise please?

oh and clutch pedal isnt stuck to the floor

Been there done that twice. Its the throwout bearing. When you install your new clutch make sure you buy one of these
