EVO X has trouble starting.

Hi I have an EVO X 2013 with less than 3000 miles on it. Lately i've had some trouble starting it. Cold or after sitting for a few hours. It has a long crank befor starting and sometimes dies right after and sometimes wont start at all. It starts on the second or third try. Have had this problem on at least three different tanks of gas from at least two places. dosent happen all the time maybe once or twice a tank full. I hate my local dealer and would rather not go if i dont have to but also dont want to get stranded.

Thanks in advance for any help.

some of us ralliart guys have the same problem, when you go to start turn key on and wait a second or two before trying to start, that helped me, but still does it every once in a blue moon

Thank rog96 for a response. It seems like that s how this car is. Every time there is a problem it's don't worry that's what they all do. Trans grinds that's normal. Car won't start that's normal. Just be thankful your lucky enough to have an evo. It sucks. I love this car but its a big pain in the *** so far.
