Changed clutch and flywheel and now have c161e code
OK AS TITLE SAYS I JUST WENT AHEAD AND CHANGED MY CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL, WITH THAT CHANGED TRANY AND TCASE FLUID (WENT OEM). TURNED VEHICLE ON ENGAGED GEAR FINE WENT INTO REVERSE AND NOT 20 FEET FROM WHERE I STARTED SERVICE AWC CAME ON. HOOKED UP ACCESSPORT AND GOT "ACD C161E". THE ONLY THING I CAN COME UP WITH IS THAT MORE OIL THAN PLANNED CAME OUT OF HOSE LEADING TO TCASE FROM AWC PUMP AND SAID I MIGHT HAVE TO BLEED WHICH IS FINE ONLY THAT I CANT FIND A HOW TO ON THE X. NEED YALLS HELP BAD NOT DRIVING CAR TILL THIS IS RESOLVED SO IM DESPERATE
First off, caps lock doesn't help you get your point across any more than proper grammar...
Second, C161e indicates a "fault" in the ACD pump. Odds are they shop that installed your clutch didn't bleed the ACD pump after installation. You're supposed to do that or air can get into the lines and cause what you're experiencing. Should be no big deal, just find a shop that has the ability to bleed the ACD pump. If there aren't any near you, you're gonna have to suck it up and go to the dealership to have it done. I think it's gonna cost maybe $125-$150.
Also, check your ACD reservoir in the trunk and just make sure there is the proper amount of fluid in there.
