Review my motor build.

I am leaning towards a few things. Review what I am doing and throw your 2 cents in. This is a DD and fun car. It must be able to go on road trips, it has to have working a/c. With that being said, I do drive my RallyX WRX alot. This car will see some solo events and might take it out to big track days when I can save more money.

Lets start

Sleeving my block with ERL and going 2.2L. Manly TT rods with JE 9:1.
I have Kelford B cams - so that should be ok.
I have ID1000 and DW1300
I have a 255lph pump - thinking I might need to bump to 400lph. I am going to stay pump 93 for now, and down the road if I want to go E85 I can take the jump there.
Clutch masters 850 Twin - magnus cmc in route
Jacks transmission rebuild - kracka tranmission kit
I have AMS 3.5" Intercooler and intercooler pipes
I have 3" exhaust already
Motor mounts replaced.
Still need to do fuel pump relay.

Turbo kit.
Leaning towards AMS750xp or EFR 8374. Goal is 500 on pump. Both will give me the HP, both do not have enough dyno graphs to give me a good idea which one to choose. I really like how AMS kit seems to be perfect it gives you heat sheilds. EFR kit just gives you foil. I feel like the ams kit would be a better kit for a DD, EFR might get quicker spool which is what I want as its a twin scroll. I am really at an bump in the road on the turbo.

I want a quick spool also. With both turbos giving the top end power which one will have tq/power lower in the rpms
