Exedy Twin Metallic Clutch Dieing

I strongly believe my exedy twin clutch is slipping and is on it's way out. It is noticeable when I do hill starts or when I hit over 5K RPM the clutch sounds like it's giving out. I have never bought a clutch before and my evo X came with the current exedy twin metallic clutch. It is currently Cobb Stage 2. I was wondering if they twin metallic plates are replaceable or would I have to buy an entire clutch kit all over again. What would be the best way to approach this issue. Currently the car has 50K miles on it, the clutch was driven for 30K miles of it.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

I'm pretty sure there are rebuild kits. Ask your favorite vendor and they can probably hook you up with one. From what i read 30k miles on that clutch is pretty good.

completely rebuildable if you do it now...

once i was young dumb and broke... i bought a exedy twin carbon for no **** 300 bucks... ran it for years... finally it gave up the ghost but i still drove on it because when carbon clutches heat up they grab tighter and i could still drive on it... long story short when i finally went to rebuild it i had warped the cover and turned every piece of metal blue to the core...

it was no longer rebuildable...

You can buy the disks. Much cheaper than replacing the whole clutch.
