hi guys, new here and i could use some help. my little sister bought a 2010 evo and its running like crap. it has some mods but i havent had a chance to get into it too much. it starts to spool at ~3k but when it hits 4k it falls on its face. i believe it was decatted at some point but has the cat on now. it has an aftermarket header and k&n intake and piping. seems to be running very rich. cel is on but i havent had time to get the code. i think she had it scanned and it came up with a misfire. car has ~18k on the clock. im not sure if/how it was tuned by the previous owner and ill try to get more info. heres some pics, hopefully it will give ya some insight on what im dealing with. thanks in advance

i was doing some more checking last night and found the vac line to the bov was kinked closed and one ot the header to turbo bolts is broke.
